NEW COLLECTOR TANK LAW

Greenbrook Pools remains a step ahead in the Aquatics business, always being informed and familiar with the changing rules and regulations affecting our Industry. Importantly, we understand exactly what is required since the passing of the federal Anti-Entrapment Legislation, the "Virginia Graeme Baker Act."   Our newest challenge is to get all of our Commerical pools upgraded to comply with the Florida State Regulation Law 64E which went into effect on May 24, 2009 and supersedes the Federal VGBA and does not allow for any suction release devises.  The new Florida law goes a step further by eliminating suction-driven commercial pools entirely and requiring that circulating systems use gravity-fed collector tanks only.
